Arizona Game and Fish
Department, (AGFD) and the
Arizona Cowboy Mounted Shooters
Association (ACMSA) are cooperating to build the first
Center designed specifically for Mounted Shooting. The
Mounted Shooting Center will be located at the Ben Avery Shooting
Facility in Phoenix,
Arizona.
Taking advantage of Arizona’s spectacular outdoor weather while
eliminating the effects of unexpected rain on the competition,
this facility will be available for both drop-in practices and
scheduled events including National and International
competitions. It will also be a winter RV retreat for Mounted
Shooters from colder climates.

Please consider
making a deduction eligible donation to the AGFD Ben
Avery Development Fund to help build the mounted Shooting Center! Most of the funds must be
privately raised because Arizona Game and Fish receives very
little
General Fund tax dollars.

Contributors*
will be commemorated at the
Mounted Shooting Center at Ben Avery. Donations to help
fund the Mounted
Shooting Center go to the Arizona Game and Fish
Department (a State organization) and are believed to be tax
deductible. Consult your tax advisor. Donor will receive
information for tax purposes.
* The amount needed to qualify as
Founding Contributor has not been determined yet. Donators
who meet this amount will be recognized when the details are
finalized.
